Basic Life Support (BLS) is typically taught to healthcare professionals and provides the trainee with the skills needed to respond to medical emergencies in a healthcare setting. This includes CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator). This course does not contain First Aid Training.
